Terms and Conditions
Open account terms will be extended to all tax supported organizations, state, local, and federal government agencies. All other customers will be granted open account status upon credit approval. Call or fax FHM for credit application. Open Account Terms: Net 30 Days
All payments must be made in US Dollars. Past due invoices are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually). There will be a $20.00 charge for all returned checks. No C.O.D. orders accepted. FHM accepts Visa and Mastercard. Prices are subject to change without notice.
FHM reserves the right to determine the most efficient means of shipping. All orders shipped F.O.B. Origin (Shipping Point). Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice on all open account purchases. Merchandise will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Truck shipments will be routed with a common carrier. All orders are shipped same day, subject to stock on hand. Items not in stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as possible.
Refund/Return Policy
Returns for Firehouse Medical products must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Firehouse Medical will either replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price. For product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:

Call us for a Return Authorization Number and further instructions at 800.508.9919. Custom orders are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

Returns due to customer error must be prepaid and are subject to restocking charge of 15% or greater on standard non-stock items.

Discontinued, liquidation, made to order and cut to length products are not returnable. FHM Safety reserves the right to decline the return or credit of any product deemed misused or non-saleable.

Should a shipment arrive visibly damaged, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT & call us at 800.508.9919 to request a replacement.

Should you receive a shipment with hidden damage, call 800.508.9919. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

Keep ALL damaged goods, container and packaging until you are advised to dispose of them. Should a truck or motor freight shipment arrive visibly damaged, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT & sign the delivery receipt 'package received damaged', as ALL VISIBLE DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF RECEIPT.

Should you receive a truck or motor freight shipment with hidden damage, the carrier must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Keep ALL damaged goods, container and packaging for the carrier's inspection.
FHM offers no warrant of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. FHM products are not “consumer products” as that term is defined in public law 93-637, and FHM makes no warranties implied to “consumers” thereunder. FHM shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages of any kind. Consult local medical authority for specific protocols relative to product use and patient care.
FHM carefully inspects documents and weighs all orders prior to shipping. If there is a problem with damaged shipments, the customer should file a claim with the freight carrier. FHM will assist in any way in claims made against the carrier. In situations where the customer received a short shipment, FHM must be notified immediately. In the event we have made an error, we will promptly make the adjustment to the customer at no charge.

International Terms Of Payment
All international orders must be prepaid by wire transfer before a shipment is made. Prepayment must also include freight charges. FHM will send all international orders a Pro Forma Invoice beforehand to assure accurate billing and freight charges.
